Tester policies
Standards for every RTA tester.
Acceptance into the team means agreeing to the following requirements for every project.
- 01Compensation
Tester payment typically ranges from $3–$5 per completed session, depending on the size and scope of the customer’s request.
- 02Session reports
After every session, you must submit a clear report using the format provided in #tester-format.
- 03Policy enforcement
Violations may result in removal from sessions or loss of tester status. Serious misconduct, confidentiality breaches, fraud or unlawful activity may be escalated through appropriate legal action.
- 04Session duration
Standard sessions last no longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes, and compensation scales with the assigned scope. Any staff-approved time beyond this limit will receive additional compensation.
- 05Project selection
Testing opportunities are posted in #tester-projects. Reacting shows your availability but does not guarantee selection; testers are chosen at random based on the number requested by the customer.
